Replacement Policy
Replacement of a product is permitted only under the following circumstances:
- The customer can request a replacement for the product unit within 3 days from the date of delivery, subject to any conditions specified with the product.
- Replacement can be requested if the customer establishes that the product was delivered in a defective condition or has physical damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- A replacement with a new unit in its original packaging can be provided if the customer establishes that the product is not functioning properly within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
- If the customer receives damaged or defective items, they should report the issue to our customer support team. The request will be addressed after verification by a member of the URBAN AUDIO team, typically within 24 hours of receiving the products.
- If the customer believes that the received product does not match the description on the website or specifications, they must notify our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our support team will investigate the complaint and make the appropriate decision.
- In the case of a replacement, the entire product package, including the product and its accessories, must be handed over to the courier arranged by us.
A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
- Customer dissatisfaction with the look/sound quality of a defect-free product.
- Failure to report physical damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Damage caused by an electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
Please note that no returns or refunds will be provided. However, the customer can request a replacement for the product unit within 7 days from the date of delivery to receive a replacement.
Cancellation Policy
At Urban Audio, we strive to assist our customers to the best of our abilities, which is why we have implemented a flexible cancellation policy. However, it is important to note the following guidelines regarding cancellations:
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted if the orders have already been communicated to the customers and the shipping process has been initiated.
- Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category are not eligible for cancellation.
- Cancellations are not entertained for products that have been obtained on special occasions. These are limited occasion offers, and therefore, cancellations are not possible.
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order, and we will do our best to accommodate such requests as long as they meet the above criteria.
Product Pricing
- While we take utmost care to ensure accurate labelling of products, occasional errors in data entry and updates may occur. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel an order if a transaction was processed with an incorrect price. In such rare cases, we will provide a full refund for the amount received from the customer.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The prices displayed on our web platform are in Indian Rupees. For international transactions, the applicable exchange rate and charges will be determined by the respective bank. Any concerns or disputes related to exchange rates or bank charges should be addressed directly with the issuing bank or payment institution.
- All orders are acknowledged at the current pricing, and we will invoice at the price in effect when we receive the payment and generate an invoice.
- Our products are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) in India.
Security:
- Transactions conducted on our website are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption, utilizing a 1024-bit process. This ensures that any information you provide during the transaction is sent through a secure and encrypted channel, safeguarding it against unauthorized access.
- We do not store credit card or debit card information as it is collected directly by our authorized payment gateway. Our payment gateway complies with the regulations and requirements of various banks, institutions, and payment franchises it is associated with.

Out of Stock Situations:
- Our aim is to ensure that all products listed on our platform are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, if any product is unavailable for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days. We will provide options such as exchanging the product, delaying the order, or cancelling it, based on your convenience.
Delivery of Products:
- Purchases are shipped from our own warehouses or third-party warehouses, stores, or offices located at various points in India. Our goal is to deliver the products to you within 7-10 business days from the receipt of your order and payment, depending on the delivery address.
- Order deliveries will be carried out by our own staff, third-party courier and logistics companies, or Postal Services, usually between 10:30 am and 7:00 pm from Monday to Saturday.
- Goods will require a signature upon delivery. We cannot be held responsible for goods signed by a person other than the one who placed the order at the specified delivery address.
- As the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided during the order placement.
- We are not liable for any damage to products after delivery.
- Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service on the day of delivery using the “Contact Us” page on the web store. Additionally, the shortage of goods should be noted and signed on the Proof of Delivery copy, which must be returned to the delivery person.
- If your order has been marked as “Delivered” on the tracker but has not been received, please notify us within 24 hours. Failure to do so may impact our ability to process your request.
Delivery Charges:
- Shipping and handling rates may vary depending on factors such as product type, packaging, size, volume, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges will be provided at the time of checkout, allowing customers to review them before making payments.
